This leading organisation is a real leader in it’s field! They now have a contract opportunity, to work remotely for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to work remotely in the USA. This will be a minimum 6 months in length with possible extensions.
Applicants require the following background :
Degree
5 years+ as a Salesforce Business analyst – ESSENTIAL
EST – ESSENTIAL
Strong communication skills
Salesforce Admin and Sales Cloud Certified key. Any Salesforce CPQ certifications or Salesforce UX or Salesforce Experience Cloud certifications desirable.

The role involves working with the customer, gathering requirements, process improvement, demo’s, documentations, testing solutions, managing stakeholders, gap analysis, process flows, user stories, change control, managing roadmaps and process mapping.
