This leading organisation is a real leader in it’s field! They now have a contract opportunity, to work in a hybrid role in Sunnyvale, California for a Salesforce Business Analyst with Field Service Management, Case Management and Call Center – this is a hybrid role based out of Sunnyvale, California for a 6 months contract in length and may extend. You will be onsite from Day one and it will then go Hybrid.

Applicants require the following background :
Degree
6-8 years+ as a Business analyst – ESSENTIAL
5 years+ supporting Field Service and Customer Support Business functions
Salesforce Field Service Management, Case Management and Call Center – ESSENTIAL
Strong communication skills
Salesforce certified
Salesforce and SAP integration – ESSENTIAL
Medical Device company experience
Service cloud
The role involves implementing new functionality, working with teams internally and externally, configuration, system changes, testing, documentation, requirements gathering, salesforce field service and customer support business functions and integration.
