This leading organisation is a real leader in it’s field! They now have a contract opportunity, to work remotely in the USA as a Salesforce Business Analyst with Field Service / Service Cloud. This will be a minimum 6 months in length with possible extensions.
Applicants require the following background :
Degree
5 years+ as a Salesforce Business analyst – ESSENTIAL
Strong communication skills
Consulting
Service Cloud – ESSENTIAL
Field Service – ESSENTIAL
Building scheduling capabilities – ESSENTIAL
Salesforce certified – service

The role involves working with the customer, roadmaps, scheduling, gathering requirements, solutions, leading onshore and offshore teams, prototypes, testing, training, support, planning and documentation.
