Degree
8 years+ as a Business systems analyst – ESSENTIAL
5 years+ Salesforce – ESSENTIAL
Workforce development – ESSENTIAL
Public sector experience – ESSENTIAL
4 years+ Systems Development Life Cycle / Agile
Strong communication skills
Jira, Confluence
Project Management
The role involves requirements gathering, client demos, solutioning, develop reusable templates, workshops, analysis and Project management.
