This leading organisation and player within the Salesforce ecosystem has an immediate opening for a Salesforce Service Cloud Product Architect to work remotely in the USA. These are permanent or 6 month contract or contract to hire roles that will extend if contract and are 40 hours per week. For contract you must be willing to work on our W2.
Applicants require :
9 years+ Salesforce service cloud product management

The role itself involves a wide variety of tasks including Service cloud product management, creating product roadmaps, building and launching product roadmaps, development of Salesforce CX, work with the technical teams, design, wireframes, backlog management, documentation and deployment.
