Our client is a leading player within the Salesforce space. They now have immediate needs for a Salesforce Service Cloud Technical Architect in a permanent capacity who can ideally work in Parsippany, New Jersey, USA or who can work remotely.
For this exciting and unique role requires the following skills :
5 years+ Salesforce development
Performed in a Salesforce Technical Architect role previously
Salesforce service cloud certified
Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components
Integration
Degree
Strong communication skills
US Citizen or Green Card holders ONLY
Case routing, Email to Case, Web to Case, Omni Channel – ESSENTIAL
The roles incorporate key technical Salesforce design, implementation, application design, development and configuration, code reviews, testing, deployment, mentorship to team members and platform management.
Salary – Negotiable + Bonus up to 8% + 401k plan (depending on experience)
