Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem and has immediate requirements for a contract ServiceNow Architect with a specialism in Field Service Management (FSM) and CSM in Europe (UK and Netherlands ideal). This will be an initial 3-6 month contract and will be remote working.
Applicants need to possess the following skills :
ServiceNow – 3 years+ – ESSENTIAL
Field Service Management (FSM) – i or more full FSM implementation – ESSENTIAL
CSM
Architecture skills
Certified – FSM/CSM – ESSENTIAL
Workorder management, dispatcher workspace, asset management, scheduling, planned maintenance, contractor workspace
Degree
Excellent communication and/or consultancy skills
The role will involve working with the customer, customer design and implementation, delivery, work internally and externally, development lead, documentation, release management, code reviews and providing technical expertise.
