Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem who has an immediate requirement for a permanent ServiceNow Architect with a specialism in ITOM, ITSM and CSDM. This is a remote role with travel to client site 1 week in a month in Jacksonville, Florida or you can be local to Jacksonville, Florida.
Applicants need to possess the following skills :
ServiceNow – 5 years+ ESSENTIAL
10 years+ IT
CIS, CAD, CTA certified
ITOM, ITSM, CSDM
Degree
Excellent communication and/or consultancy skills
The role will involve enterprise service management, design, implementation, integration, requirement gathering, development, testing, maintenance, documentation and data migration.
