Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem and has immediate requirements for a contract ServiceNow CSM Architect. This will be an initial 4 months+ contract in either Paris or France or Europe and can involve working remotely. English speakers only is fine and obviously French speakers desirable but not essential.

ITSM, CSM – ESSENTIAL
Next UI Framework, Service Portal, Integration Hub, Flow designer, UI builder, Virtual Agent, Service Catalog, Flow Designer
HRSD, Sourcing and Procurement, Hardware, SAM, Discovery, Service Mapping, event management, ITIL
Integration – REST/SOAP, JDBC
Degree
Excellent communication and/or consultancy skills
CTA certified or ServiceNow CSM experience
The role will involve working with the customer, ITIL Process Definition, design, configuration, custom application design and development, deployment, Project Management, migration and integration.
Rate – up to 500/550 Euro’s per day – negotiable
