Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem who has an immediate requirement for a contract ServiceNow Business Process Consultant. This is an initial 2 months contract with possible extension to work remotely in Canada or USA.
Applicants need to possess the following skills :
ServiceNow – 5 years+ ESSENTIAL
ServiceNow business process consulting – ESSENTIAL
BMC Remedy
ITSM, ITOM, HRSD
ITIL
Integration
ServiceNow Certified
Degree
Excellent communication and/or consultancy skills
The role will involve design, development support, business process analysis, implementation, workshops, working with stakeholders, business process optimization and training.
Rate – 90-100 CAD per hour (including Canadian tax) or up to $70 per hour (USD)
