Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem that has an immediate requirement for a contract ServiceNow ITSM Business Process Consultant with EC Portal Pro – this will be an 8 months+ contract and will be approx 15 hours per week. Note – THIS IS NOT A DEVELOPER ROLE and will be based in Atlanta for 5 weeks from the end of April to support workshops – the rest of the time will be remote working.
Applicants need to possess the following skills :
ServiceNow – 5 years+
CIS – ITSM
ITSM
CSA – ESSENTIAL
BPC – ESSENTIAL
Employee Center Pro Portal – ESSENTIAL
Excellent communication or consultancy skills
Ability to work independently
You will use your knowledge to lead Business Process Consultant support, workshops, documentation, user stories, demo’s and support.
Rate – $90-105 per hour
