Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem who has an immediate requirement for a permanent ServiceNow CSM Business Analyst. You will either work onsite from Cary, North Carolina or remotely in the USA.

Job Details:

Applicants need to possess the following skills :

ServiceNow – 5 years+

CSM – ESSENTIAL

CSA or CAD ServiceNow certified

Degree

Excellent consultancy skills

The role will involve working with the customer, business analysis, requirements gathering, creating user stories, leading workshops, roadmaps, implementation, consulting and delivery.

Salary – $85-120k + Bonus + 401k (negotiable for the right candidate)
