3+ years ServiceNow – ESSENTIAL
Technical Lead – ESSENTIAL
Development skills
CSM and/or FSM – ESSENTIAL
CSA, CAD, CSM or FSM certified
This role involves providing customer support, solutions, design, development, implementation, translating business objectives, people management and leadership.
Salary – $90-130k + Bonus + 401k plan
