ServiceNow Developer – HRSD or ITSM or ITOM or ITBM – Italian or English speaking – Remote Europe

Applicants need to possess the following skills :

Must be fluent in Italian or English to apply

ServiceNow – 3 years+

HRSD or ITSM or ITOM or ITBM – ESSENTIAL

Development experience

ServiceNow certified

ITIL certified foundation experience

Java, Javascript, Windows, SQL, LDAP

Integration, testing

Excellent communication or consultancy skills

For HRSD you should have experience of HR Case Management, HR knowledge management, Employee Service Center (Portal), Enterprise onboarding, document management and performance HR analytics.

For ITOM – CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management in ServiceNow.

For ITSM, Incident management, problem management, change management, knowledge management, mobile app, virtual agent, application configuration

ITBM – IT Business Management in ServiceNow

You will use your knowledge to develop, test, integrate, design, monitoring, scripting and planning.

Rate – Up to 400 Euro’s per day
