Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem and has immediate requirements for a contract ServiceNow Architect with a specialism in ITOM. This will be an initial 3-6 month contract that may well extend, is based in Europe and will be remote working.
Applicants need to possess the following skills :
ServiceNow – 3 years+ – ESSENTIAL
ITOM – ESSENTIAL
Architecture skills
ServiceNow certified – ESSENTIAL
CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management in ServiceNow – ESSENTIAL
Degree
Excellent communication and/or consultancy skills
The role will involve working with the customer, customer design and implementation, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management in ServiceNow, delivery, work internally and externally, documentation and providing technical expertise.
