Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem and has an immediate requirement for a contract ServiceNow ITSM Architect. This will be an initial 3 months+ contract and will be a hybrid working role working from Hilden, Germany for the first 2-3 months before then fully remote upon extension.
Applicants need to possess the following skills :
ServiceNow – 5 years+ – ESSENTIAL
IT – 10 years+
ITSM – ESSENTIAL
ITOM
Architecture skills
Certified – ServiceNow Systems Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
Degree
Excellent communication and/or consultancy skills – English and/or German speaker
Any HRSD, SecOps, GRC, CSM, ITBM
The role will involve design and integration, ITIL Process Definition, migration, upgrades, integration, conflict management, user stories, project management, ITSM, development, testing, deployment, documentation, support, analytics, leadership and training.
