Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem and has immediate requirements for a contract to hire ServiceNow Service Delivery Manager in the UK. This will be an initial 3-6 month contract then permanent and it will be remote working.
Applicants need to possess the following skills :
ServiceNow – 3 years+ – ESSENTIAL
HRSD, SecOps, IRM
3 years+ Service Management
Agile
Consulting
ITIL
Degree
The role will involve working with the customer, service management, people management, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, agile ServiceNow delivery, application management, upgrades, governance, issue resolution and training.
