Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem that has an immediate requirement for a remote working contract ServiceNow Technical Consultant in the USA or Canada – this will be a 3 months+ contract and will be approx 25 hours per week but may extend.
The customer is in the UK so you must be based in the USA or Canada but be prepared to work with UK timings wise. UK based candidates are not of interest.
Applicants need to possess the following skills :
ServiceNow – 5 years+
CSA – ESSENTIAL
CAD – ESSENTIAL
ServiceNow AI – ESSENTIAL
CIS X 2 certified minimum – ESSENTIAL
Excellent communication or consultancy skills
Ability to work independently
You will use your knowledge to recommend change approval, machine learning, incident management, RCA’s, in-progress PTasks, SOW Optimization, categorization and routing, error management, predictive intelligence into Service performance and Operations Workspace uplift, data visualization, trend analysis and performance forecasting.
